Small Heath.

One of our smallest and an inconspicuous butterfly is the Small Heath (Coenonympha pamphilus) which always settles with its wings closed.

  1. I'm sure I've seen them Frank. But unable to put a name to them until now. I must try harder with insects.

  2. Nice find and capture! Quite the find, actually!!
Have a Wonderful Day and a Fantastic Week!
    Peace :)

  3. Great shot - that 'fur' on the wings is splendid.
